At Harnessing Potential Dog Training, you're provided with advanced private sessions and high-quality dog training programs in Gilroy, CA as well as all over the Bay Area. I work on developing your dog's skills through various programs, including my famous in-home private sessions, group classes, and much more. Here’s what you should know about the characteristics and details of my various, high-quality dog training programs.
Group Classes
Group classes are the best way to properly socialize your puppy or adult dog. Class offers tips on basic obedience, teaches you how to build your dog's impulse control, provides plenty of one on one time with me, and teaches you how to work through complicated situations with your dog. There is even time for play for not only your dog, but you as well. Many regulars have become great friends and set up regular playdates for their dogs. Every class ends with a Q&A where everyone gets the chance to ask me any questions and share their highlights from that day's class.
Group classes are set up for your dog's success and safety. By using the appropriate tools for your dog's unique needs and going at a pace both you and your dog are comfortable with you are certain to see progress in no time. In my practice I refuse to turn dogs away from being trained no matter what their starting point may be. Group classes are typically a dog training business's most budget-friendly option for dog owners and I feel responsible to be the beacon of light for all dogs and their families rather than forcing them to do a program out of their budget solely because of their dog's starting point.
Group classes are on Sundays at 10am-11:30am at 8840 Muraoka Dr, Gilroy, CA 95020, USA.
Classes usually have about 10 dogs in them of all different ages, sizes, and temperaments.

In-Home Training
Anything dog related is on the table for private sessions. From potty training to basic obedience to counterconditioning aggressive, reactive, and skittish dogs, there is hope and I will show you the fastest, safest, and most reliable methods of getting to your training goals that work specifically for your unique dog.
I've created this program to fit what works best for my clients. This means that you don't need to sign up for a package, follow a syllabus, or come to my facility for the session. I will come to your home or the environment of your choosing for any sessions, you can do as many or as few sessions as you'd like, and we will tackle the issues that you want to work on immediately.
Private sessions take place any day Monday-Friday at any of the following times: 10:30am, 1:30pm, 3:30pm, or 5:30pm. If these times don't work for you just ask to see if my schedule has any flexibility that day and I'll try to work with you.
It typically only takes me 1-3 sessions to help you resolve the issues that you're having with your pup or fully grown dog. If you have specific issues that only happen in certain environments or under certain circumstances OR if you would just feel better by doing private sessions before transitioning to the group classes then private in-home sessions are a great program for you.
